Nopes I think he did this accident to divert Neil.

That same morning Neil literally threatened him & told him that he doesn't trust him.

He'll do that in some other waty then , mo way that he will try to kill her in the hospital....

I am still clueless why he had to kill Prem.

Prem thik hoke Nagars ko leke Chala Jata wapas.

I think he wanted to keep Nagars in Delhi excluding Prem that's why he killed Prem.
