As actual past moderators of IF, do you guys have any suggestions on how to curb/reduce the MID population that’s been causing an infestation for a month now? Sounds like Vijay is here and listening.

Mids are usually made in the heat of the moment, so they can contribute to a heated thread by bashing members. Sometimes it takes 24 hours for the mods to notice the thread and take action. If every new member is forced to answer an online questionnaire and wait a whole 24 hours or more until responses are reviewed, by then the thread is usually locked by mods.

I was against sharing my number..but I'm prepared to phone verify if that means people are kept safe on forums. There are young persons using the forum too. We need to all show social responsibility.

MIDs are created in spit of anger. By the time they answer these questions & submit the answers Mods can review the ID whether they are genuine member or not.

Some will be put off

Some will keep mids ready.

And even with posts closed- they will start trouble as soon as they can.
