I can't say all the songs in "zero" and "fan" movies are good as I have not listened all the songs in those 2 movies but I love love the audio of this song from zero movie, beautifully sung with beautiful lyrics and beautiful vocals, there is just lot of intensity in singer's vocals of this song( I don't even know the name of the singer), i was obsessed with this audio when it released and it was on loop for so many days after its audio release , what an intensity in his vocals :

And I love the title song from "Fan" movie. Eventhough I'm not such a Jabra fan of any movie actors/actresses I must say that the music,the vocals are just mind blowing in this song, if I have to express to anyone that I'm a fan of them, this would be the perfect song the lyrics was adorable too (I like the video too but for some strange reason I could only get the lyrical video in YouTube for Hindi version) :
