AM - Cleansing (In which Two days a week I use a Salicylic acid cleanser), Sunscreen, Moisturizer
PM - Cleansing, prescription retinol and moisturizer
Hair care -
Sesame seed oil + Castor Oil an hour before shampoo
Shampoo thrice a week
Peptide serum twice a week

Post Covid even I have been facing these issues. Hair fall, frizzy hair, thinning. Last to last week I looked into the mirror after washing my hair and I could see a lil bit of my scalp and it gave me many a sleepless nights. So I have stopped looking into the mirror immediately after a hair wash

Jokes aside, I use Tresemme's Keratin smooth and its conditioner. It is not helping much. Been thinking about seeing a dermat soon. Just keep putting it off coz of laziness.

You're right. I'm probably deficient in all of those.
First you need to see a family doctor to get a physical exam. They may recommend you to see a Endocrinologist and Functional Nutritionist along Gastro. Btw What is your diet? are you Insulin resistance? Lack of any vitamins? When you see a Functional Nutritionist, ask them for a micronutrient lab work, it test all your vitamins and minerals. Make sure you use a clean shampoo which has no harsh chemicals. Read the ingredients. I use coconut oil twice a week. After washing hair and drying hair, i put argan oil to avoid breakage. Using humidifier as it will keep your hair healthy. Eat a good balanced diet. Pumpkin seeds, almonds and walnuts are very good. Low carb food helps a lot. Make sure you stress level is on low range. Breathe in and out. Oh and pomegrantes helped me a lot too.
