Just purchased a shit load of Korean skincare products from Korea. I’ve heard a lot of positive reviews regarding these products so I’ll give you an update on whether they’re worth the hype. 💕

Using cold water in face at least twice e day is good enough for me. I have little acnes on my face so i rarely use make up. I Only use BB cream, which suits on my face.

My hair is too long too maintain properly now:( some how i manage to do a bun in early morning most of the day or some day i run to office just ainvayi. Once in a blue moon i do hair spa! From last 2/3 years i did not color my hair at all, thats why may be my hair is not dry these days, its in good condition.

I would say how your internal health is affect a lot. You can try changing shampoo if having a lot of unexplained hairfall. But you should go and get your vitamin D, vitamin B12 and iron levels checked first.

if everything is okay. Then changing hair care routine will help and benefits you the most. otherwise, not so much.

Do consult doc for vitamin deficiencies which are most probable cause of hair related problems. Vit D, B12, C, Biotin(mainly for hair) are needed and once you solve the prob internally then you can go for hair care products to maintain it. You can have amla or curry leaves daily for hair. Coconut Oiling also helps not to make hair frizzy.

Any thoughts?

I have always been into high end products even though it used to break my bank but I am actually looking into drugstore brands and some products actually work so much better than their counterparts in high end.

I have never even seen it. :( I liked the rimmel BB cream. Currently using Garnier.

So if done once it doesn't need to be repeated? Gray is gone forever?

Do share the process, like how it's done...

Of course not once. I guess you have to do it for a few months at least.smiley36

Hair thinning can be really tough, I know. A while back, I noticed my hair was getting thinner, especially after a really stressful period at work. I started using a gentler shampoo and made sure to include more vitamins in my diet, especially biotin. It didn't fix things overnight, but I did start to see improvements after a few months.

I have been facing severe hairfall after covid vaccine. My skin is sensitive and I have dandruff with a itchy scalp therefore I cannot use oil. I did blood test to check any deficiencies and everything was normal. I went to a dermat recently, she said I have a condition called seboric dermatitis and she gave a shampoo which has ketoconazole and zinc pyrithione, plus a daily tablet for Biotin, calcium and zinc, she has given me a hair growth lotion also. She gave me a vitamin d supplement to have once in 15 days. Lets see if it works, as this is a course of 3 months.

Stress is something which will always be there, cant help it. My sleep is fine. I do feel I need to improve my diet.

I can't recommend any hair care products. But I do believe a protein rich diet works wonders for hair. Eat eggs everyday. Try to include paneer, tofu, soya, sprouts, chicken, fish etc in your diet.

For skin, I use alpha arbutin serum for pigmentation and snail mucin for hydration after cleansing with micellar water. I sometimes use squalane oil also for hydration. I have super dry skin.
