Honestly, I find bathing in the blood of the innocent and a little night time satanic worship does wonders for your skin.

Sure, I can write down the brands I use but I honestly don’t think it matters all that much. Any reputable brand with the same active ingredients should do the job.

For shampoo/conditioner, it’s the Belisso Biotin shampoo and conditioner. I get it from Amazon. Haven’t seen it at stores. They make a ton of products but I have only tried their Biotin line. I use it two-three times a week. I am not an advocate of frequent hair washing unless necessary.

Face wash: Instanatural Vitamin C cleanser, with coconut water and aloe vera base. Something similar should work really well. I would choose products with natural base over synthetic. Aloe Vera and coconut work well with most skin types.

Other products: Neutrogena hyaluronic acid serum, RoC retinol moisturizer, Pacifica Vegan Collagen sunscreen. The turmeric mask is from Kiehl’s. But by all means, you can make your own home based turmeric mask and it would most likely provide the same benefits. I am just too lazy to do that lol.

Post Covid even I have been facing these issues. Hair fall, frizzy hair, thinning. Last to last week I looked into the mirror after washing my hair and I could see a lil bit of my scalp and it gave me many a sleepless nights. So I have stopped looking into the mirror immediately after a hair washsmiley36.

Jokes aside, I use Tresemme's Keratin smooth and its conditioner. It is not helping much. Been thinking about seeing a dermat soon. Just keep putting it off coz of laziness.

I don't use products on my hair. I've cooked up own homemade concoction for hair care after referring to many books. It works greatly for me. I apply that and leave it for better part of the day and then wash it with regular shampoo. I've no clue about skincare. I've always stuck with soap and cold water. I need to change that sometime. smiley36

For hairfall:

- rinse hair with rice water ( soak rice for atleast 1h and then use the water to rinse hair - rinse with fresh water afterwards)

- onion + castor oil -> put overnight or atleast 2h before hairwash day

- avoid too many heat products and if u do use heat protectant

Skincare:

- dry skin make sure to use hyluronic acid

- i usually cleane with a mild facewash, use rose water toner, serum and moisturizer
