Sounds like she just got a blocked nose. I can relate Kareena, I can relate. I’m at a point of congested-ness where a mere feather over my mouth (the only functioning airway) will cause my death.

I have DNS and my nose is always blocked and it is just so so irritating..

In order for smoking to alter your voice, you'd need to be a chain smoker for 15+ years. Which I doubt is the case with these girls in bollywood, especially with Kareena as 2 recent years she wouldnt have smoked as she was pregnant. Social smoking doesn't do it. She does drink, which can cause gastritis but not as commonly vocal cord damage. Most common use of hoarse voice is actually allergies as the phlegm drips to the back of your throat and causes inflammation. More consistent coz sometimes Kareena's voice is normal and sometimes it's husky.

So i just watched the video, and it sounds like she has cold. Hopefully thats all it is not a permanent change like karishma.
