Broken trust is the reason, di ki kuch private kaand bhi hoga but the main reason I doubt is manveer. Coz woh harkatein hi aisa karti hain be it kidnap or offering money to that liver patient. Sahiba overhears some conversation between Seerat and Angad where she finds out about proposal according to Himanshi.

Looks like Angad still does not suspect Seerat. Maybe she saw Sahiba and knowingly told Angad thanks for hiding my proposal from Sahiba and always supporting me
