India will play 3 T20 matches against Ireland Cricket Team, where The 1st T20 series will be played on 18th August 2023, i.e, today.

The match will be played at Malahide Cricket Club, Dublin, and will get started at 7:30 PM. where the toss of the match will be done just before the 30 minutes of the game i.e. at 07:00 PM.

The Indian team will be lead by Jasprit Bumrah and the Ireland team will be led by Paul Stirling.

Jasprit Bumrah returns to cricket after a long injury layoff, he has recovered from the back injury.

Bumrah ruled out ion action since September and had an injury in New Zealand in March. BCCI choose 15 men’s squad for 3 match T20 Series against Ireland.

In the series IPL star players, Tilak Verma, Rinku Singh, Jitesh Sharma, Shivam Dube, and Ravi Bishnoi have been selected.

In the Indian team, Jasprit Bumrah will lead the team, and Rituraj Gaikwad will be the vice-captain of the squad.

India has 2 wicketkeepers, namely Sanju Samson and Jitesh Sharma. The selectors have opted to rest all the Senior Members with the Impending Asia Cup.

On 4th August 2023, the Ireland Cricket Board declared 15 men’s squads for T20 Series against India. The squad mainly comprises players who were part of the successful World Cup qualifying campaign last month. However, there are notable inclusions, like the recall of Leinster Lightning all-rounder Fionn Hand and the return of Gareth Delany, who was recovering from a wrist injury sustained in Zimbabwe in June. For the Ireland Cricket Team, Paul Stirling will lead the team.

Indian opener Ruturaj Gaikwad has been appointed the deputy of a fully-fit Bumrah for the Ireland series. Bumrah hasn't played competitive cricket since India's home T20I series against Australia last September. Bumrah also missed the T20 World Cup and Asia Cup last year. Besides pace ace Bumrah, speedster Prasidh Krishna will also be making his comeback after a long injury layoff.

India's second-string side also features the likes of Jitesh Sharma, Rinku Singh and Shivam Dube. Indian opener Yashasvi Jaiswal, Mukesh Kumar, Arshdeep Singh, Tilak Varma, Avesh Khan and Sanju Samson have also retained their spots in the Indian T20I squad after the West Indies series. Under the leadership of Bumrah, the second-string Indian side will hope to bounce back after losing to the West Indies 3-2 in the Caribbean.

In the absence of Yuzvendra Chahal, Ravindra Jadeja and Kuldeep Yadav, India will operate with spinners Ravi Bishnoi, Shahbaz Ahmed and Washington Sundar against Ireland.

On Tuesday, Bumrah's Team India left for Ireland ahead of the three-match T20I series, which is scheduled to be played in Dublin.

Yashasvi Jaiswal and Tilak Varma impressed in the series against West Indies, despite not getting a series win. The three games in Dublin should allow them to take that further. Today's game could also be a chance for Rinku Singh - one of IPL 2023's brightest sparks - to make his India debut.

Seasoned leg-spinner Gareth Delany, who has been sidelined since June with a wrist injury, should walk straight back into the playing XI.

When my rehabilitation ended, I went home too and even practiced with the Gujarat team. I've done a lot of net sessions in a lot of places, and even played a lot of practice matches.
