Junior dies due to ragging

I am a 3rd year engineering student and I can't even think of intentionally hurting someone and here these seniors killed a poor boy through ragging?? Why why?? How come there heart become so devil enough to kill an innocent person without any reason?? How can they find pleasure in torturing innocent people for fun?? I hope these people are severely punished for their crimes. How horrendous their parents must be to give such a dreadful upbringing to their children and make them monsters. Because I don't think a 2nd/3rd/4th year students can develop the heart of a monster by themselves

And jadavpur university is a place of gundagardi. Students hit their teachers, break the college property. And the most horrendous part is parents support such students
