Making someone drink doesn't make them murderer legally. What law are you speaking about. And when you say murderer please add the words accused or alleged to it.

And those who are comparing it with what Abhi did it's done and dusted and this is different from that. He held her responsible for Neil's death and not that she killed Neil. So it's clearly different. If you want to compare maybe Anisha's case you can compare.

😆 Abhimanyu is cause of Abhinav's condition. If a person is in hospital it should be doctor's responsibility 🤣 but apparently Birla Hospital is worst one to not have any other good and qualified doctor.

Cause of Death is Abhimanyu so far as shown in the show because he couldn't pull him up, and he kept filling up his drinks, he didn't tell him that he isn't going to continue drinking....

But yes, again not targeting but yes, some part of viewers will always have Muskaan and Akshara as a reason to blame for death because Abhimanyu toh ji perfect hai!

No, what I think or don't isn't even the point here, because I as an audience know a lot of things, that akshara and muskan don't, just like you said few posts above.

I'm saying it's an attempted murder from their perception. Also, if abhimanyu was drinking, then he has no business trying to be the the doctor in this situation, and if he was not drinking with his "friend" whose "attempted" murder he's being accused of, then he needs to explain his actions, again not to me, to the person he "cares" so much about and to whose "trust" he feels entitled to.

There is no comparison... And there are no parallel

But at this moment in the show, Abhimanyu is responsible for Abhinav's death and legally he is in jail for attempt to murder because of misunderstanding that BP has... But it doesn't make him less accountable for his current condition!

Abhimanyu didn't force drinks down abhinav..he was drinking as a responsible adult. He slipped because he decided to stand on the edge

Intentions matter...

We still don't know Abhimanyu's intention of making Abhinav drunk that too by lying. Acting as if two friends are drinking... He is definitely responsible for Abhinav's death to larger extent.

Akshara's intention were clearly nobel!
