I'm not able to understand how is it being assumed that Abhinav is getting treated for free?

Has it been explicitly shown in the show or is it just an assumption like every other reasoning regarding Dr. Birla's pure actions.

Akshara is not a murderer... She didn't explicitly go and push Neil or kill her baby!

She was a mother fgs...

Come on verve, you should know by now, Dr Birla jo bhi karte hn, sirf ache aur pure actions hi hote hn unke,

He can divorce his wife at her lowest point in life, he can ask a husband to leave his wife, he can ask the wife to come back to him while being in a relationship himself, but the equations remains at all times:

Dr. Abhimanyu birla == Ache actions !!!

I am a little confused here and it is not a question on fans just trying to understand the discussion, no intent to hurt anyone as I am speaking to everyone involved not targeting anyone

As far as I understand the show is telling us that Abhimanyu was going to treat Abhinav but couldn't and that'll be the reason of Abhinav's death

Shouldn't people who want Abhinav alive be mad at Muskaan and Akshara for this as their decision is leading to Abhinav's death?

Shouldn't people who want Abhinav dead be happy with Muskaan and Akshara for not letting Abhimanyu treat him as this will lead to his death?

This is not even a comparison, I don't think anyone can draw any sort of parallel between the two situations, one was an accident, clearly known to every party, the other situation is an attempted murder!!
