Muskaan did not disrespect a healthcare professional.

She just stopped a man who was partially responsible for her brother's condition from operating on him.

Also, there really was nothing disrespectful in what she said to Parth and Shefali.

It's Parth who needs to keep quiet and do his work.

From someone who has seen grief and worked with Healthcare workers, Muskaan did not just stop Abhi:) that is not ‘just stop’. She was disrespecting a doctor by pulling on his neck cuff and throwing him down. No one in the hospital room behaves this way. Normalizing and equating ppl’s grief with assault on healthcare workers is really sad and itv has been doing it for a while now!

Makers always had a plan to make her kaira ki bahu. To be honest her character sketch n growth is better than akshara .

Her reaction in yesterday's episode was very normal as a sister . Even akshu fought for her brother, naira , Kirti, Nandini all of them have fought for there brothers whenever time has come . Ye sisters ki natural tendency hoti h .bhai k sath galat Hota h to wo maunjulika ban jati h .

Yes, and that's why I used to like her character in Kasauli and all... She was quite supportive of Akshara and active in her role in helping Akshu in jam business.

But after she moved to Udaipur her characterization seemed little timid for some reason... Like those bechari kind person... Crying around and all that... She never even gave back to Surekha whenever she insulted her... Just once for Abhinav but that's it...

I am kind of happy that this side is finally back... I used to love Naitik, Rashmi and Nandini's bond... And Naksh and Naira were adorable in the start... I remember their scenes and bonding from Naksh Tara wedding days but after a point they moved to keep focus only on leads and no other Character really got the story... In gen 2..

In Gen 3, I am quite happy with Akshara and Kairav bond too... I just hope people would understand Muskaan's apprehensions when truth is out like Akshu took stand for Kairav, Muskaan was standing up for her brother too... And not be blamed...

Again, Birla hospital treating Abhinav with "care" and "Respect" is their duty. They are duty-bound to provide the best healthcare facilities to each and every patient. These are basic things that we get taught. Treat every patient equally with "care" and "respect".

Muskaan answered back to two people who were pleading for a man who was partially responsible for her brother's condition. Nothing wrong with that

Exactly!!!

Even Parth only said that abhinav is being treated with care and respect!!!

And Parth wasn't defending abhi!!! He was speaking for Birla's.

So there was no need for muskaan to say unnecessary things!!!

Muskaan essentially said to keep it separate, do whatever you're doing as doctors and hospital management to ensure care which is their duty. Still, we're not taking it for free, so don't make it personal.

Abhinav is getting treated there (out of necessity because the man is critical and, at this point, they can't move him). Still, it doesn't mean we have to interact with the family of the man who may have potentially caused her brother's condition in personal terms—just professional ones.

Essentially, keep the personal feelings of respect and care to yourself; just make sure he gets treated professionally as he's supposed to.

Seems a natural reaction to me.

Every patient deserves respect and cares, regardless of who they are; that is supposed to be a hospital's ethos.

Muskaan's changed pitch is a bit OTT because we haven't seen her like this, but that's what the character demands. I don't know why people criticise the characters, it should be the writers you should point at, they are the ones making the crazy changes.

Itv normalizes a lot of things that are defended here on this very forum in the name of "grief". "He lost his brother"
What Muskaan did was not even a quarter of everything Abhi darling has already been guilty of. Her method was not right. But the intention was never to hurt a healthcare worker but to stop a murderer from operating on her brother.

I seriously don’t get the parallel people are trying to draw here, (not just you)

Muskan is currently talking to her brother’s murderer’s family (he is or he is not is not even the point),

When Birla fam was talking to akshara on that day, they were talking to their own daughter-in-law or wife or a family member who lost her two kids and a brother that day. Even if they thought she was in the wrong, still everybody knew that it was an accident, phir bhi they couldn’t spare her the same dignity that they are expecting today when no one even know if it’s a murder or accident, just because they “helped the other person monetarily”.

Yes yes that's the point here. Thanks for proving it. First of all her brother is alive and getting treatment so far for free and in emergency. Yet she is talking and behaving in a very derogatory way to not only a on duty doctor AbhiM but his family members as well as the owner of the hospital they're standing at.

While when Birla fam(aaru-the said victim's sister, and Manjari) they at first asked Akshara to let them grieve as their loved one was already dead ( please note that Abhinav is yet not dead).

So obviously for me it's not okay for anyone to talk the way they are be it with a family member or with someone else and that's why a few months ago i called Birla fam out for behaving the way they did.

But the way Akshara and Muskaan are behaving is way worse specially considering how Abhinav is alive at the moment.

Yeah AK Muskaan basically all Goenkas are super mahan and do no wrong

The whole world can make mistakes but not this family......they can hit and run, forge documents, lie and manipulate, interfere in ppl's lives and many other things...but none of this is wrong. Their actions can always be justified...it's always someone elses fault
