The issue is that they can’t see any good in him when he has helped them many times. And from today’s dialogues- if they really felt that there was hate or evil intentions behind his actions - then it makes no sense to accept the help!

Secondly, even if its the closest hospital- would you get your family member treated in the hospital thats run by his alleged murderer(attempted one for now) and his family? Because yeah even if they all support him, they won’t do any harm - and you trust all their intentions as a doctor!

Muskan is currently talking to her brother’s murderer’s family (he is or he is not is not even the point),

When Birla fam was talking to akshara on that day, they were talking to their own daughter-in-law or wife or a family member who lost her two kids and a brother that day. Even if they thought she was in the wrong, still everybody knew that it was an accident, phir bhi they couldn’t spare her the same dignity that they are expecting today when no one even know if it’s a murder or accident, just because they “helped the other person monetarily”.

Bhai, seriously. What is this logic ki business ke consumer banne ke liye rishta rakhna padta hai? Everyone who uses twitter is Elon ka rishtedaar kya? Birla Hospital is a for-profit private hospital jo patients se fees leta hai. Lol

When they took him there... Akshara didn't know that... Second, murderer is secondary thing... When Muskaan had doubt she refused to get Abhimanyu closer to Abhinav for treatment...

Ab they could shift hospital given track record of hospital... Toh yes, I am mad at them for not choosing a better place!

but uske hate aur galat intentions ka to aaj pata chala na, ya phir they were supposed to know that 2 months in future bade papa will see Abhimanyu pushing Abhinav leading him to his death??
even if you think that person was good once upon a time, how do you deny your senses, I know it will be proved to be wrong, but right now they have no reason not to believe bade papa or how the situation looks.

jo murderer hai, attempted or not is currently in jail, to if you think he would be a person that would’ve involved his entire hospital in the scheme, to alag baar hai otherwise there seems to be no point why you wouldn’t trust the other doctors. Agar Abhimanyu ki family ka hi koi treat karta, then it would be different, now the doctors are people completely unrelated to this scene.

Also, like, Muskaan isn't Parth/Shefali's spouse. Neither is she in a domestic relationship with them. How is this even comparable to white day? It's a logical fallacy on the writing team's part if they think that this is a parallel to the abuse faced by Akshara.

On the other hand, making a guy who literally beat his wife the advocate for the Birlas isn't the best writing choice either
