Pro nepotists don't care about talent...instead of encouraging performers who are capable. The focus should be on those who can deliver, not whether or not they have a famous relative.

Music companies have been promoting those who can easily be "dominated". The exception might be Pritam but even he put up a poll asking the audience whether or not Arijit should be singing some parts of Jhumka...bro forgot that's his call 😆

Lack of good solid scripts and better direction. Also repeated chances to subpar talent nepotistic or not.

I personally, don't see a decline. Maybe I am wrong in the head and seeing Hershey's kisses instead of turds. But maybe y'all are eating turds and I pick and choose my candy so I am never disappointed.

I recall Mithun movies in 80s/90s or Jeetendrea movies from that time. Why cant we get that back 😆
