This rejection isn’t any normal rejection, this rejection is from his own son and not only that his son also said can I call you Docman instead of Dada. Did Abhi react awfully when Abhir requested that no, he agreed and smiled at him. He had a call and went outside and that’s when he broke down- he didn’t do it in front of anyone- Akshara came outside on her own.
He hasn’t displayed his pain in front of Abhir, today they came to Birla house and Abhi was drunk- he didn’t know they were coming.

When Abhi cries for Abhir, he’s in pain because he’s the best father and is wronged by everyone.

When Akshara cries for Abhir, it’s karma hitting for hiding Abhir’s truth and she deserves it.

When Abhinav cries for Abhir, it’s OTT he’s not even the real father, he’s the fake father who stole Abhir from Abhi and for selfish reasons manipulated Akshara and Abhir to be with him all these years.

Can someone tell my why Abhi was crying in the episode? I’m thinking because he got rejected and he can’t take rejection but please let me know if it was for something else.

I didn't make fun of Abhinav for crying because he is a man, but because that scene was kinda funny with him putting water over himself. My comment and I think a lot of comments was about that scene, not about why he is crying for something. It wasn't to invalidate whatever pain Nav felt. And that's my point, why make a post just to invalidate a character's pain and say it's not real? There is no evidence for why it's not real.

Seriously, the Manjari-Abhi relationship is special and beautiful. I am not saying Manjari isn't a crazy person cause she is and does crazy stuff all the time. But she alone loves her son, and no one in the show is shown to love him selflessly. Everyone else has some use for him, and then they drop him when he needs them. So showing his mother in his corner and growing increasingly crazy trying to protect his emotions makes sense.

And btw Manjari apologized for her mistake of keeping Ak from Abhir already, so what is the point of bringing that up again and again?

But Harsh showed the decency to apologise and get better. This dude doesn't even do that. Just keep crying, I am the victim, I am the victim!

Any one should take charge of their life ,do it is better for AbhiM to fo so at least now!

we should not expect any thing back from our children

About " gas lighting" I really agree now his behaviour gas lighting his child !

I am the victim ... roll and cry

Nah manhandling and getting physical is not acceptable male or female. I didn't see that part but yeah that's messed up.

I am sick of it. Did he cried in front of abhir. What he is doing in his own house how does it matter to someone else. Did he knew abhir is going to come meet him. If this is gaslighting where the man literally didn't even know that the son is coming to meet him, neither he is going to meet him then what was ak doing. She literally was coming to b house every now and then. Was it gaslighting.

Now someone can't even cry in his own house??

During there marriage also ,she threw bricks around abhi, even now also she you can she ,she was coming every time and grabbing his collar. These all were her emotional outlets and abhi is monster just for one wd and that too he has faced the consequences of that wd and even is facing now. What else is needed?? Should he die to get out that one mistake.

Let me tell you,I hated abhi during 1st divorce. I didn't wanted ak to come back to him. I hated him even on the second divorce and after that divorce also. But now, i definitely don't hate him. This character has suffered so much and still a lot of people can't even see his pain. His pain is tagged as over reaction. I just wished him to get Cliffed because if someone is going through this much in life, it's better to die. Manjiri is also vile. If I would be in her place,i would have forced abhi to leave that city, that place or even the country. I would have taken him to other country and there i would have tried to just renew is life, away from the past. Gosh.. what even i am saying.

I just want someone to give a tight hug to abhi and say that it's ok. This will too pass.

First, I didn't say that you said that, however other people in the forum DID SAY that.

Second, the Manjari and Abhi relationship is far from beautiful and "pseudo-diagnosis" isn't a thing. You just made that up lmao. If you think the relationship is beautiful, you clearly lack an understanding of healthy relationships. Imagine thinking that these two are defining of mother-son relationships. That's disgusting. Seriously there's a frickin reason that enmeshed relationships between mother and son are legitimately an issue in desi communities. Because people like yourself (and the people that liked your comment) romanticize this crap. Incredible. Just wow. Smh.

Do you even have idea what romanticize means. What abhi and manjiri has, definitely it's not epitome of mother son relationship. Whatever there is between them is because of the past they have faced together. I have written somewhere else also, and I am writing even here too that abhi somewhere consider himself for the sufferings of his mom at the hands of his dad, hence is guilty towards her just as ak is for aarohi.we as an outsider know how manjiri is affecting him,but as a character he can only see one thing that apart from his mom, there is no one else who thinks about him. Ak even after knowing all the kaands of aarohi, can still stick with aarohi and that will be labled as love but abhi who is with his own mom, is considered as sick.

Idk about anything else, but if abhi and Manju relationship is toxic then ak and aarohi also had same toxic relationship. no one is milk washed in this show. So please don't compare with real life.

But the great Mr Sharma who agreed to a loveless marriage because he probably couldn’t find a partner for himself and got a family. Took free help from Birlas while Abhimanyu always paid for their services - be it cab or homestay! And still had the audacity to hide the truth about Abhir! Even after it was out, he recounted it as a favor!!! If this is the difference between Achha and “abuser”, I am definitely gonna choose “abuser” always!

Atleast he waited for acceptance from his wife not like someone forced her to accept him
