The same woman was hailed when she moved on from her ex and married a stranger just to give her son a father!!!

We are living in 2023 and the society has evolved. It's one's own choice, if they want to remain single or get married to someone.

Getting back to an ex is not characterless and I do not think anyone is saying that here. The post was saying the way they are showing the story here as if AK is made to fall into AbhiMs arms and straight go to his bed even before AbhiN is dying. And whether u agree or not AbhiN is on paper and socially AK's current husband now. So the story treatment is making AK look like characterless. If the story was handled differently and she takes time but eventually goes back I do not think anyone will say she is being characterless.

The staying single ship long sailed away in case of Abhira. AK chose to rear the child by getting remarried. If that marriage was not offensive or repulsive for society or trp viewers, her trying to work out her first marriage and really give the relationship another effort and chance should not be repulsive either. We may have not heard or read such real stories becos yeh sab sirf itv mein hota hai. Real life mein, a character such as Abhi who has time and again professed his love for AK, would never cause WD in the first place.

When Akshara asked him to be father of her child, she was being selfish to think that she can expect a man to be married to her just for being a father and in the same way Abhinav accepting that proposal was selfish too.

It’s not selfish to want a family, he could very well find a girl who wanted to marry him and have children adopted or otherwise, but did he do that? Instead he “married” someone not for her or not for a genuine relationship but to be a “fatherji”. Was he doing this as an ahsaan for Ak, or for the newborn child? Or did he marry Ak out of sympathy for both? No, it was his decision because he also wanted to be father of that child, so how is that selfless decision.

No doubt he did justice to father-son relationship created and went beyond, but I would definitely not applaud his marriage decision and he is going through the aftermath for that decision taken without thinking and understanding the implications.

Both Ak and Abhinav were adults, it was their consent, their choice. So why is Abhinav hailed as selfless and seen to have sacrificed 6 years of life. He chose that life out of his desire to be father of that child and lived that life, so how is that selflessly dedicating 6 years of life to both of them.

And dying hasn’t happened yet, so we will see how that is when it gets telecasted.

I know you mean it as sarcasm, but I would like to know as well why he married Akshara?

Did he think she couldn’t take care of her child, so he did ahsaan on her and married her, mind you they didn’t live a married life though? Or did he do ahsaan on the kid by becoming a father because hey every kid needs a father!!

I don’t think I have to answer this because Nav himself answered it in the show saying when he held Abhir is his arms and kept him with him for 3 days while Akshara was unconscious, he developed a bond with him and so that when Akshara asked him to be Abhir’s father, he couldn’t say no. Nav never said he did some kind of favor to them, he has always been grateful for his family. Akshara at one point thought she’s indebted to Nav which Nav cleared hence they moved forward in their relationship. So for people to say he was selfish in these acts is beyond me.

LOL ! Exactly he could have married and got his own kid if it’s just about kids ,but he was there through out the pregnancy with Ak , he risked his life to save them both and he was holding the baby for 3 days continuously ,so he got attached to the kid . From whatever little he knows and also from Ak n AbM’s phone conversation he got an idea that her husband don’t want her or her baby so for him he is fatherless , and he did ahsaan of course and married Ak to become Abhir’s father. His act is pure and selfless and that’s what being shown in the show too. Anyway we can agree to disagree.

He married because he was not getting any girl to get married to as he was orphan ,it was said by him in one of episode,he didnt do any selfless act ,it was for his own selfish reason he agreed for contract and post 6 years when he met abhimanyu he started his sympathy card ,
