KJo built his brand by doing it from his first movie itself though we were oblivious of his games then. He always made sure his mediocre movies occupied the most headlines and award functions making it seem like that is all the audience cared about. If you look at the other movies released at that time, we will know how he was successful in creating a false perception and deceive the gullible ignorant audience.
