Did she take Abhir anywhere without Abhimanyu’s permission? She’s suppose to see her child on the weekends right? But she didn’t due to negligence of Abhimanyu’s mother so the Birlas didn’t follow the court order here is what I see.

Coming to Birla mansion to give Abhir his things? Doesn’t have anything to do with the court order.
Becoming a teacher at Abhir’s school? Doesn’t have anything to do with the court order.
Coming to Birla mansion to question about her son’s well being? Doesn’t have anything to do with court order.

We can blame Akshara for crying and wanting to meet Abhir but we cannot assume she’s violating the court order just because we don’t like her wanting her son back.

Okay, she did not get a chance to meet him when Abhimanyu explained the issue what a normal parent would do. Maybe she could have asked for some other day as compensation. But what she did do? She started shouting.

For me, if she was a teacher and Abhir joined later it's still a valid scenario. Akshu joining the same school as her son after his admission is still a well-planned act.

As I said we are free to disagree.

Women who has dignity, self worth and a little bit ego will do like What Akshu did !

Let's not continue this. I have already mentioned that her crying and wanting to meet her son does not violate the court orders. She will only violate the orders is if she took Abhir home for instance after school on a week day or did not return Abhir on time after his weekend visit.

A mother who shields her child from getting punished for "trivial issues" in childhood (like Mata Manjari) is more likely to take exreme, calculative and immoral measures, And we don't want Akshara turning into one of those.
