That's the thing if akshara would have won the court case she will ensure to keep abhimanyu away from abhir. But since it was abhi akshara is breaking all the laws. Yes i agree abhimanyu said that. But that does not mean akshu will forget her basic manners. If she barge into birla house and openly insult his mum for her husband instead of speaking calmly nobody will accept that. Atleast abhimanyu had basic common sense to apologize on behalf of his mom but akshara just thinks she is right she can insult anyone and everyone.

We can't expect too much logic from the show as how exactly are abhira are divorced in a day. 😂

But atleast if some one is showing good will atleast being a fl respect it instead tagging them as stranger in their kids life. Calling them as worst person exist on earth or insulting his entire family.

I am glad that manjari is taking action. Abhimanyu toh kuch karega nahi. People like akshara who don't have basic manners need to be treated like that 😆

Akshara always allowed Abhimanyu to meet Abhir. Abhimanyu would randomly show up everywhere, including her home in Kasauli, to meet Abhir, and she didn't send him legal notices every time to threaten him. She also assured him that Abhir would know the truth soon, but just like the illogical swift legal procedures in the show, Abhimanyu and Manjari's patience is less, and they expect everything to happen quickly.

Akshara had to talk firmly to Manjari and Abhimanyu since both of them were trying to prove their rights. Abhimanyu said with ego, "I'm more capable, so I got the custody," and Manjari, as usual, gave her dramatic dialogues. Akshara came to inquire about her child's well-being, but Manjari impulsively, without any empathy, yet again sent a restraining order to a mother who raised a child for 6 years.

Court proceeding any ways a joke for itv. But fl's rude behaviour towards ml's family even after ml allowing her to meet her son by going against court order is what is irritating for me to watch.

I can not enjoy such irritating fl. But as i said we are free to disagree. Everyone may not have same perspective. 👍🏼

Who gave that epic rant about his mother getting insecure because a mother comes to his house to meet her son often? Must be another show🧐

It's Abhimanyu, as usual, selfishly defending his mother, refusing to empathize with others or was that another show hmm.

Akshara, like any individual, could be equally adept at navigating the organized structure of a court as she could be at managing the bustling chaos of a fish market. It's all about adaptability and capabilities, which aren't confined to specific environments.All jobs are respectful.

It's just that all jobs require different level of qualifications and intellect, the fact which can't be denied . Akshara doesn't have the skill to act in the decorum of the court , that's it .

First she is finding 100 reasons to meet him.

2nd she can not question Abhimanyu's upbringing or she can not insult Abhimanyu's family like that.

She is invading some one else's property without their permission and screaming and threatening them.

If she has a problem she has to either handle it legally or she should maintain her dignity while speaking aise cheekna chillana is not what i do in real life.

Again, what did she not follow when it comes to custody order?

Did she take Abhir anywhere without Abhimanyu’s permission? She’s suppose to see her child on the weekends right? But she didn’t due to negligence of Abhimanyu’s mother so the Birlas didn’t follow the court order here is what I see.

Coming to Birla mansion to give Abhir his things? Doesn’t have anything to do with the court order.
Becoming a teacher at Abhir’s school? Doesn’t have anything to do with the court order.
Coming to Birla mansion to question about her son’s well being? Doesn’t have anything to do with court order.

We can blame Akshara for crying and wanting to meet Abhir but we cannot assume she’s violating the court order just because we don’t like her wanting her son back.
