When a mother supports the abuse of her son and tries to hide it..and son supports the abuse of the mother and tries to defend it , how will that son and that mother supposed to realize that they're doing wrong ?

I wonder why they made shefali a mute doll and why is she helpless against parth and mahima ? And what's the way to make the Birla family realize that they are toxic?

Abhi should have asked them that if they think hitting abhir is an acceptable form of discipline, are they willing to accept if abhi hits their shivu in future in name of discipline too 🥱 Raising your hand on another person's child if you think they made a mistake is easy, this criminal mother-son duo would raise hell if abhi tried to hit their shivu.

Yeah I was expecting Shefali to take stands and become the strong woman she was but no she’s literally just there. Hona na hona aik barabar hai.

Even if Abhi raised his voice he’d be schooled by mahima Parth lol.

I am scared of Shivu. He has become a bully, look at how he was emotionally manipulating everyone against abhir when he started everything, it’s scary. Unless abhir opens his mouth no one will know what happened and don’t know who will believe him. For everyone physical wound is >> than emotional wounds and instigation

Exactly! He is not just a bully but also manipulative. He wants everyone to think Abhir is a bad kid. I don’t think Abhir will ever open his mouth against him. I have a feeling Ruhi might see it. Ruhi is never there when he gets bullied so she might end up seeing it sooner or later.

This is probably the wrong thread to ask this. Based on today’s episode and abhirs behaviour in school etc, can’t Akshara use this to reopen the case

I am actually not familiar with laws in India so I wouldn’t want to make a statement (plus the show isn’t really following the law) but here in California we can always ask the court to arrange an investigation to look into this matter and usually case workers are able to work on it. Once they find out the problem with evidence they report it and appeal can be expedited (however if the allegations turn out false because some people do that and wastes the courts time, it can make the parties case weak when they reopen it).

I am assuming Akshara threatens to go to court and out of fear Abhimanyu listens to his mother and lies that Akshara tried to meet Abhir without his permission so the court terminates visitation rights.
