Ram gets to know about kriti ka singles app being bankrupt and decides to help kriti by buying that whole company. Now Kriti's career takes a rocket again and she earns well but doesn't know that ram has bought it. So she decides to marry later, and lets her plan be at peace for sometime. In the meantime Ram realizes his love for priya and feels unfair to be cheating kriti by double timing, so comes clean and says that they should breakup. Kriti, though devastated at first, agrees later, as she thinks her career is going well and she cannot anyways live with ram's mom, and starts her relationship with one of her costars. Later ram withdraws his ownership from singles app and it goes bankrupt again, after which kriti gets to know that it was him who bought the app and started her career, so she tries to go back to him, but by then ram Priya are in total love and ram doesn't pay heed to her, so she goes to ram's mom to tell her that ram Priya are in a contract marriage, listening to which shalini tells her that she already knows and that it was her plan to buy Kriti's company through ram, in order to drive kriti away from ram's life so that ram can realize that kriti was with him for money, listening to which kriti gets a heart attack
