Isse mujhe ek kaafi khatarnaak idea aaya, what if in future, somewhere when Ram visits priya's clinic to pick her up, he sees she's doing the surgery of a person, and that person is none other than kriti...ram gets irritated and tells priya to send her off, but then priya says ki wo uski patient hai and use exclude nahi kar dakte, coz she is important to priya, and that ram needs to learn to deal with his emotions and move on
