Imo, it depends on the people she talks to (what she feels about them) and the situation she is in...

I find her rather straight forward and undiluted...and funny (if she feels fine).

Yet as I find Anupama rather annoying, I did not watch the video...so it's just an impression because of other encounters.

I do find her somewhat arrogant. I have also read fan encounters about her, now I don’t know how genuine they were, but none of them had good things to say about her. I don’t like her overall vibe.

Yeah, I read about those encounters and I also can understand if one doesn't feel positively about her... only, personally I hadn't experienced a negative impression, I only read about 😉

But we form our opinions based on these so called celebs by reading about them and watching them, don’t we? Do we personally know them? No we don’t 😆 She could be the best person in the world for all I care but I still find her annoying

you are right...but as I could observe her in real life and also met and interacted with her, I got the feeling about which I wrote above😊

However, I'm sure that she is very well able to act in a way that others perceive as arrogant, snooty and unkind.

It was in 2010, in Berlin, at the Berlinale where MNIK was the opening film of the festival...several times... I could see how she (re-)acted in public spaces (Red Carpet, theatre hall, press conference, photo shooting) and met her for an interview. Of course, she was not in a privat space, it had been professional events but I could witness her interacting with fans and there is a certain reluctance (insecurity? shyness? reservations? fear of contact with unknown people?) to meet them alone...but when she did she was friendly, nice...and kind of strict to avoid getting pushed or yelled at.

It was interesting to experience the different behaviour of fans (which I had first witnessed in 2008 when SRK was in Berlin for the OSO premiere and a panel discussion) ...it was a rather big group of fans waiting outside the hotel in the cold and SRK and Kajol came to meet them (although they had been stressed because of the incidents in India surrounding the release of MNIK).
