They are, for the most part, making well thought out responses to what they have read. There are genuine discussions going on with respect. The responses now are part of the story. I bet even the silent readers also read the responses.

Arpita, you should be very proud of the way you have written the story; the way smart, opinionated women from probably all ages and walks of life are taking the time to ruminate over the story. Kudos to you!

I agree 100% that these comments are a big part of this FF now. The whole comment board is as dear to me now as the story itself. I have previously written stories and a couple went up to thread 2, but nothing comes remotely close to the kind of responses that we read on here. I have several ones bookmarked that I go back to again and again. They make me insanely happy. Resurgence the story, is incomplete without all those discussions that followed the chapters❤️

And you are right. Every silent reader who chose to comment after some time, or reached over DMs; has never talked only about the FF. The comments have always been a part of their reactions. They are half the beauty of this story at this point and I only have you guys to thank ❤️

Yea, a new thread. I just left one last comment on the old one though.

For the life of me, I can not get over how much I have commented on this story. It is a first for me. I never though I was even capable of that.

I missed on all old FFs where after every chapter I used to think I would have commented this or that. But the stories are either complete or abandoned by authors

Here writing the thoughts, reading evey one POV is equally fun. There is solidarity in pain. Khushi's pain would have been unbearable if we have only ourselves to read about it. With the comments I get such feeling of unity, companionship (although virtual) that it makes reading the heartbreaking chapters bit easier

There are 4 things I think we all agree unanimously so far

1. This is a beautiful story and Arpita you are hell of a writer

2. Khushi doesn't deserve the heartbreak and the treatment

3. Arnav has been horrendous during the last few months leading to divorce

4. Lavanya is obsessive b**ch

Things to look ahead

1. The whole why/how/when of the cheating

2. Who's or what resurgence the title talks about. Is it khushi's, is it Arnav's or it's of their relationship

3. How Khushi deals with the lowest point in her life and come out of it like a phoenix

In prologue when Arnav is talking to Lavanya about his divorce and the party, he says - "Don't call me for a while, Lavanya. I plan to tell her tomorrow." He terminated the call.

This to me was he wanted Lavanya to lie low when he is busy announcing his decision of divorce to Khushi, then actually filing it... He didn't want media attention as well as time to convince Khushi for divorce, exlanations etc.

And I felt he wanted to continue with La after but nothing happened as he had planned and rest we all know what happened... you already covered this.
