Lucky you, my parents doesn't know much about education and I wanted to study in English medium only. From year 5 my parents couldn't afford school fees and my schooling has been on & off for that reason. Finally, things settled from college when I could start working to pay my college fees, that actually made me highly experienced by the time I'm out of college. The challenges early on helped me in retrospective because I know the value of money, people, resources, so my husband & family love me for that and my husband blindly trusts me with our money management😆

In government schools nothing is spoon fed.. There you learn the practical approach to life..Teachers are lovely, kind and considerate too.. I have spent about 10 years of my schooling in govt English medium school (Yes,govt English medium exists).. Students coming out of govt schools are quite intelligent too..

My parents never had to spent much for my or my bro's studies.. Neither for primary education not for our uni.. I think the highest they spent must be for my bro's masters in Germany,which is also way too less compared to what other people are spending..

In my opinion, if an individual is good in studies and stays focused, no matter where you study govt or private school, you will end up in good unis..

I feel that way…but for me it’s moving back to my birth country of Canada from the US. After all, Toronto, Canada often feels like South Asia with the amount of brown folks around 😆 But even amongst these two, the US is more lonely!

Yes, in one way I am happy ke finally yeh tension chali jeagi zindagi se but will miss meerasim and tb threads 😭🥺
