Why Anuj is not happy despite having Choti !he isnt happy at all

I must say despite Anuj having Choti he isnt happy at all. He shouldn't have compared the love a child gives to that of a spouse,he is running. Behind anupama despite being ignored and rejected...Anuj is behaving like an obsessive lover, stalking Anu.
