Abhinav don't have any problem unless someone tries to use it as weakness against him.

mj mentioned it is for your son happiness.....Abhinav formed his bond first with Abhir than with Akshara....the vile lady used it against him...He is human and felt bad...So he shouldn't even feel bad for it??

Abhinav bacha nahi hai k uske against sab weakness achai use kr rhe hain. He is a grown man how about he acts like one.

We are talking overall. From last 2 months approx ever since the surgery track all Abhinav is doing is crying, sometime in front of AK sometime peeche.

I have this a lot of time I personally finds him annoying now.

Aj ki toh maine koi baat hi nahi kahi hai.

Maine dekha hi nahi abi episode.

What is laughable is when i made post against Abhimanyu tab bhi i was wrong. Now that i personally found him bearable and shared my thoughts on Nav tab bhi i am wrong.

That is why i keep on saying that personally I am not enjoying his ckt now. Also, it's natural for me to find like-minded people so that I can have a conversation.

The only point so far i have been adamant on is this birth certificate and rights on Abhir in case Akshara isn't in the picture anymore. I made that coz I am sure. I am sure coz I have seen real life cases closely.

Rest obviously everyone have their own opinion.

And i also enjoy a few conversation with people who have different opinion than mine.

And my sabsa bada issue hi I wanted another ML for AK since the first divorce track but he isn't Abhinav.

And no i didn't want a angry young macho type of man.

I wanted these sweet characteristics only but better execution better reasoning. You can be sweet, goofy and mature at the same time. Definitely didn't wish for without any solid reason (atleast for me his reason aren't justified) insecure person.

Okay cool. This is boring but here some facts given by you :

Your aunt's ex reconciled with her and they had your cousin in 2000ish? Cool.

Then your aunt remarried your uncle in 2005. Some 3-5 years later.

Did your cousin not have a birth certificate for 3-5 years in the 2000s? That is highly unlikely. You refuse to provide any information on this point. Anyway, I don't have any proof that you are not making this up like you rightly doubt the veracity of some members LLB/LLM degrees here.

Whoever is the father on the birth certificate is the legal guardian of your cousin, if it's your aunt's first husband, then your cousin will have a stake in his property. If it's your uncle, then your cousin is his legal heir.

Father's name is not mandatory for passports since 2016.

So, your cousin's case doesn't apply to Abhir.

Lastly, assuming in good faith that you are not making this up, your cousin and his (step) parents are not the only people in India. We are the most populous country, and courts don't decide something just on the basis of one precedent.

I know for a fact that when it comes to legal heir/legal parenthood, biology is a moot point. It's the birth certificate and other official records that come into play. I have seen it in my own social circle.
