Taran didn't report the weekend boxoffice figures for a reason, I think (he only gave 1st day number)...I guess, he didn't believe in the numbers...he did the same when Brahmastra started to inflate the daily results.

It might be true .. but knowing Taran chachu I would take this with a pinch of salt

He is notorious for reporting box office figures based on the review rating he gave to the movie. I still remember it took him forever to accept that Chak De was on its way to becoming a massive hit because it would show that he misjudged the movie and it's capabilities at the BO massively - i think he rated it 2/5

I don't think it's prabhas, I think it's ramayan. Prabhas gave Saho and another one and they weren't hits (unless, like Adipurush, they opened strong and then went down the drain)

The movie was also hyped as the most accurate interpretation of Ramayan (Muntashir's words, not mine) and now that people realized Hum saath saath hai did a better interpretation than these talented folks, they don't want to lagao aag to their paisa.

Prabhas being a pan India star or bigger star blah blah is highly exaggerated and result of overactive PR.

Reminds me of Rajinikanth PR going into overdrive and a channel holding debates like 'Is he biggest star ever and bigger than Bachchan and Khans?', even Robot became a top grosser.

LMAO! Same stardom was nowhere to be seen when his other films did not do that well nor sequel of Robot shattered records.

It is proven now that big star was SS Rajamouli. Not the actors.
