I will blame the director/writer

actors they know what they r doing, so they r in the zone! So it’s the directors dirty make it look like story.

Poorly written script.

There was no revision, the twist was there for the sake of separation!

Some of us pointed out, that the consummation should have happened before this Maryam fisco and that drop off at night could have been more meaningful that what we saw in episode 46.

for murtasam, completely agree, you have been sharing room with meerab for past 9 months.
You use the same bathroom, same shower, same cosmetic! You should know your wife smell by now.
