Great. So you are a Kannadathi by birth. I was born in a Tulu speaking family at Hubli. Our ancestors are actually from Udupi, we speak Tulu at our home and outside we speak Kannada. My husband is a Tamil Christian who is been born and bought up in Bengaluru. My primary school days were in my Village where I had memories of Tulu later I shifted to Kannada medium by 5 th standard. I love speaking Tulu, Kannada and Tamil a lot. And I love Hindi also. My Ajji ( grandmother) was a big fan of Bacchan saab. So I used to watch movies with her during my childhood..

Yeah I take that 40 days fasting during Easter. One thing is I am a vegetarian and when I got married to Christian family my husband never insisted me to cook or eat non vegetarian items. He convinced my saas sasur for the same thing. There's another separate kitchen too where they used to cook non vegetarian once they wants to eat. The beautiful thing is I am able to celebrate festivals and follow traditions of both religions so well....

From bade bhaiya to Biwi ke Miya my hubby compromised a lot for me 😆😆

Pehle bahut shauk thaa mujhe bacchi bulane kaa khud ko bade bhaiya kehne kaa. Phir fisal gaye pyaar mein woh bhi aise kee udd nahin paaye....Phir kitni saari ladayiyan, chupke chupke pyaar sab ke baad seedhe gale mein daali maala. NUKSH ke initial days dekhke mujhe woh sab yaad aati thi par abki NUKSH mein kuch bhi nahi hein.

Hamari Forum friend Geeta ki shaadi toh uski Professor se huyi thi ..Geeta front bench pe baithke ghoorti thi unhein. Aur magical world ( Raashi ) ki shaadi bhi boss se huyi joh umra mein 9 saal bade hein..Kitne saare log hein forum pe joh apni real life kee jhalak dekh paate the NUKSH mein.

We are all global families❤️ My sister-in-law is Catholic from Mangalore.... She can speak Tulu...... My kannada is only limited to Kannada barati illa... and vandu, moru naayadu, aidu, aaru........ Could manage that much when I lived in Bangalore near Ragiguda Kalanagar. But my parents, in-laws are all educated in kannada.

Having lived in Germany for a few years, I learnt German properly. They paid for my German tutoring😆. The main thing I learnt in that experience is that agar voh log English nahi pasand karate aur german mein baat karna chaahate hain, toh hum Hindi mein kyun na kare?

Wow. You know German that's great. I used to hear Marathi songs but not able to understand the language. But I love to see the culture depicted in Marathi songs...Hindi is always enjoyable for me. From childhood to till now watch so many movies , listen songs. Even Kannada and Hindi have so many words which are similar.

Oh yes! all of us felt a connect to this age gap topic, i have 8 years gap ..... My marriage was Arranged marriage..... Dekha, pasand aaye aur phir 15 days mein mala daalkar husband wife...... shifted to our own private flat close by to in-laws....... uss ke baad poori courtship.😳...... Hum dono shaadi hone ke baad, couple hone ke baavajud jhooth bolkar chupake se raat ko films dekhane jaate the🤣

Hum dono ko family mein lovebirds kaha jaata tha 😆...... main ek din maayake jaati toh peechche hubby call karata aur shaam ko lene aata..... Nah voh kissi ek raat apne parents ke paas ruka, na mujhe kabhi apne maayke mein rukne diya.

Compromise is a strong word with a negative connotation..... so let's call those Life choices..... mere hubby ne mere liye kitna khud ko mould kiya voh sab private 🤬hai....... hum bhi honeymoon se Nuksh couple ki taraha sirf Goa beach pe masti karake laute the...... Ek anjaan aadmi ki aadat hone mein 40 days lag hi jaate hain😆

Why she goes for three days in college and then comes back? Let her complete it properly. It would help her a lot in choosing the right career choice..
