Hey all how is nehmat pregnant with ekams child?

I'm so confused

I missed a couple of episodes but when I started watching again today I'm just taken aback

yup! It is like they showed advait was married to Harleen immediately after nehmat-advait marriage. It was a hint that the marriage wasn’t going to last.

Pregnancy is same. As soon as Sartaj starts caring for Nehmat they drop the pregnancy report. Ekam kitna bhi negative ho jaye, they will whitewash him after sartaj leaves. Nehmat/machi toh don’t think what he is doing is big deal anyway.

Btw the scene they got intimate was a blink you miss types. They have not shown any flashbacks or anything. They didn’t need to bring pregnancy but I think they want to be sure that the audience doesn’t get confused with Ekam’s negative acts.
