But i watched ishqiya, hum tum & kam3 as well where it's not cousin marriage

Actually my concern is not about cousin marriage thing, i just wanted to know can Murtesim still love/accept her if she's not from khandan? And yeah Waqas is not from their khandan right? He was just a neighbour/friend of shahnawaz!

if he had loved her before finding out about parentage - I do not think it would have mattered. He would still love her and accept her the same way.

But they disliked each other passionately so when he found out she not being waqas's daughter he lost it.

there are two separate issues. He loved her after marriage not before so we cannot judge a situation in same way.
