I agree that Anuj should have fought back, or could have handled it better.

And mostly he is just staying for CA's safety. And we all know how crazy he behaved for CA.

If he had CA's custody, he wouldn't have thought of entertaining Maaya at all.

Complaining to the police can help prove Maya is an unfit mother, so he would have better chance of getting CA's custody. Also if Maya is unstable, being with her would make CA more unsafe

But as you said, being mahaan and sacrificing is more important in these shows than being logical

Funny part is: Anuj actually has a legal option.

What about Anupama?

Oh really taking care of old parents is same as giving other woman his wife's place. Anupama has lived with them for 26yrs calling them mother n father. There is some obligation there. Even nephew n nieces take care of old uncle n aunties. Here anupama takes them as parents. Anupama lost her father in young age so she is more emotional for hasmukh.

At least make proper comparison. Just because u r anuj fan doesn't mean u should not see his faults.

Don't support blindly. If anupama starts living with vanraj for taking his care n living there forever than case would be same.

Bringing another woman home n at same not asking wife to come back amounts to cheating.

A wife only has legal right to stay at her husband's home not a mistress.

Maya is unfit for taking care of anu than he should claim her custody. Does he plan to sit at home whole day baby sitting Maya n anu for her safety. Anu got hurt by Maya n seeing her mental condition she can get more hurt. How can he assure her safety 24hrs.

Yes anuj will get justice if he himself go to police station no one is stopping him to go to police station aur seek consultation from lawyer

Prostitution story yes Maaya was painted as victim, I wonder who is buying Maaya’s innocence in this mental health track. If anything I have doubt whether the entire setup was planned by Maaya Memsaab and it’s sickening to think a child is trapped in all this.

It’s very simple. Anu’s actions were not triggering enough sympathy when Anuj and Barkha brought out the points of catering to the Shahs all the time during New Year track or Anuj’s countless head injury tracks. So what other way to shift audience’s sympathy towards Anu ? By painting the valid accuser in the wrong 😃. Same was done to Maaya post her strong ‘Aadhi-Maa’ episode as well.

I dont expect Anuj’s character to be up again. Ever.
