Its just for a few minutes. I think sonam spoke about it... You go there at your pre allotted time, pose, take pictures and then exit... They don't actually hang around or watch movies or socialize wearing all that.. Like 5-10 mins... This is the official method of "walking at cannes"

Obviously when you are part of the jury then it's different
