She is getting that saree because P can not take it, otherwise it's P's to claim, just like P freed V so Sai could have gotten him. If P didn't give divorce V would have been stuck in that loveless marriage. So unless P hands over Vinu to Sai, she didn't really get him. Vinu will run once mumma is back and Sai will once again lose her child.

They are keeping the suspense real and the description is based on the current plot. So I don't think it suggests that Sairat is over. It just means sairat is over for now.
