I know Maalti Devi is affected. But Anupa doesn't know about her backstory (nor do we, but we have an idea) so it's not about Maalti and her kid.

As I was watching the dance performance, in one scene when Anupa was dancing with a little toy baby in hand, I was immediately reminded of how Maaya would have had to give up her little child in orphanage.

Apart from that one scene, I didn't find anything good. It lacked emotions. I don't know how she got the offer to go to America with this performance

Anyways, mudde se bhatak rahi hai CheekuKaBeej. Mudda ye hai ki whose pain was Anupa trying to portray (even though failing miserably) or perhaps she didn't have anybody in mind and maybe that's why it was so soulless🤔

Her theme was Maa..as Mother's day was also yesterday..and maybe there is something that triggered Malti Devi ..something about her child..
