I think most probably it will be a misunderstanding from Meerab' side but I also think it is not a small misunderstanding for Meerab to leave haveli.
The only thing I could think of is he will somehow be indirectly responsible for Waqas death and she will dump him !
It is better to be sad now than in the future.

In the BTS where Murtasim went to Saba's house he had swag attitude, there was no guilt on his face. If he was indirectly responsible for Waqas's death there had to be some guilt on his face.
