All their disputes ultimately boils down to one thought where is meerab and murtasim in all of this. When her focus is on him only he has no real issues with what she does, take bullets out of gun ok fine show tashan for five seconds then move on but the moment she interfered for someone else sake in the panchayat he is going to lose it.

He didn't care about the whole pregnancy drama because it is ultimately about them, even if her lies involve him he will go along for the ride.

This maryam track or the rohail track is her bringing outsiders into their marriage. And when she does this she forgets or neglects her priorities which is them first rest of the world be damned. It is not like he doesn't care about the greater good, he does but he knows where the balance lies while she doesn't know where to draw the line. She swings in extremes puts herself in danger and expects him to clean up the mess. They are not an effective team just yet because she acts like a know it all while he smothers her like a baby.
