Somehow the namecalling that you do in such a matter-of-fact way even in a post that you warn is a serious one amuses me a lot...and it feels quite justified too..

Yes, if I look at this show through the lens where I take all there characters seriously, their bond actually screams codependency and unbreakable attachment...they've been involved in each other's lives so much and so deeply for so many years that the possibility of a clean break here seems too low...here there is comfort, familiarity, habit and need...(and maybe even humiliation kink involved, eh?)

I'm sure there are many real-world relationships along these lines.

I liked how you made those connections...when one of them tries to push away another in this triangle, the third one goes several lengths to bring them together again. I also liked how the final statement had a certain kind of acceptance to it.

You've made some great observations about their interdependency. Habits are very hard to break and the sense of comfort the familiar gives us, makes it even harder. All her multiple udaans will continue to be meaningless unless she reflects on the below I feel.
