From the beginning of the show Angad has been accusing her of trying to enter his bedroom becuse he is rich and he still insists there was no guy and she started the fraud to marry him. And she is proving that wrong , but also on her mission save Seerat and whatever nonsense. For us viewers she is not innocent as she actively participated for her sister but Angad has been accusing her of trying to enter his bedroom since beginning and right after she was distressed about her sisters suicide he blamed her again. It is his direct accusation that she was mastermind and there was no guy, she is trying to disprove that.

When trp audience don't care about heinous crimes like the male lead attempting rape, they definitely don't care about Sahiba participating in her familys lies especially as Angad was shown to be extremely rude to her, she is also shown as victim of her mom and sisters greed and she is facing terrible punishment for whatever role she had in lies.

For some reason on tv, being a gold digger is the worst crime a woman can commit and Sahiba is accused of that and she will clear her name of that. And for men, even rape is not a big enough crime.

her proving him wrong need not have happened at all if she had not participated so actively and supported her family in the crime. He could think anything he wanted for all she cared and she need not have come into the picture at all but she did do fraud for her sister to Marry him and achieve her dream. Disproving an accusation that she set up a guy to runaway is the only thing she can prove she was not involved in. Rest of the scam she was involved and can’t prove otherwise though for her sister

trp audience don’t care for this too that’s what am saying and they can twist it and get away with it and that’s what they are doing Craftily. Sahiba is not a gold digger but a liar and she did do a fraud for her sister specially by accepting that bride changing with the intention to swap later when seerat was found. But as I said we have to accept she is innocent of everything for the story to move on. As for Angad his reactions what ever it might have been to her and her family’s fraud will also be accepted just as her fraud was accepted

I think most of us kept valid points. Sahiba is a hypocrite for letting her family fool Angad for so long after constantly preaching truth. Most of us would have sided with Angad despite his abrasive personality and unkind words and we are siding with him not believing Sahiba now, had they not made him a sex offender and physical abuser. Regardless of circumstances he was the one who agreed to marry first and he was aware who he was marrying , he had every right to hand the frauds to police instead of abusing, manhandling and attempting rape. Between lying about your status and relationship to your sister and attempting rape , most of us are clear which is the heinous crime here. If you think Sahiba deserved rape for whatever you believe is her fault, we cannot help it.

No one expects him to trust Sahiba now. Regardless none of us can sympathize with a sex offender and abuser. He had every right to punish her by leaving her at her home initially, he plans to punish her that way only after 7 day challenge. Instead he chose rape and physical abuse then.

Whether Sahiba accepts her mistake or not, she has received punishment from Angad for her involvement in lying . Daarji might have accepted Angad misbehaved with Sahiba but Angad blamed it on her, he did not accept his crime either. And Angads personality from beginning was shown as abrasive, rude and arrogant about his wealth but I don't think anyone hated him then, Sahiba was clearly wrong for taking part in lies and she is paying for it heavily.

Trying to molest a person and attributing the blame on someone else is the thing almost all rapists would do! The act is inexcusable whatever be the reason! I dunno why they try to normalize it on ITV. This is VK's second movie that is showing such a thing! I feel the actor should also put it down saying that he would not do such a scene that too being a hero. Its irredeemable!

Not even molest. He tried to rape her and straight up used words like this will be her punishment. Sahiba was strong enough to push him away and had to fight him multiple times and hence escaped. But creatives wanted us to empathize with him right next moment, even his victim is sympathetic that his bride ran away , guy might be a rapist but he loved my sister, poor guy.

He had 400 ways to show his anger, starting with kicking her out of his house which he plans to do now. The fact that he chose rape as the right punishment shows his character and creatives nicely garnered sympathy for him next moment and got his victim to give him character certificate in front of other victims of harassment in Guru Dwara.

TV really needs some regulations, making a joke out of rape attempt.
