I feel it is always Viaan who want to impose his idea/way to his employees. He did the same thing multiple time when he didn't know the reason of ONS. But this time he has to face equally opinionated and confident person/colleague.

One of the job of CEO is to hire equally smart or smarter people to run the business more effectively and to reduce their own work. Sure there will be conflicts in their ideas and it will be good for the company.

Many companies have group discussion in interview just to check how confidently you can discuss.

But here the argument is not mutual. It seems like one way attack on someone just by prejudice.

She gave shutup call to Ehsan while coming back from lonavla as he was crossing line but had audacity to ask Ehsan about the note he was writing. I have genuine problem with this so called partial women equally

One should not feel bad or take personally in whatever discussions happen for business meeting. Nobody blame other person or called stupid for their idea, it is just idea won't work out.

Whatever happen after meeting it is on personal level which Katha accepted and apologized.

Usually CEO/leader come up with vision/objectives and basic idea on how to implement it. They further discuss with different team lead for detailed plan for implementation before it is presented to team by their team lead. Here Viaan had objective but he didn't discuss with lead architect and straightaway goes to team. No doubt Viaan himself is architect and before he may have handle solo project and here it seem he try to impose his idea without lead architect consult. If something bad happen or project fail, blame will go to Katha for not objecting firmly.

Regarding Katha and Eshan, isn't Eshan called her friend many times. Isn't Katha ready to go yacht with Eshan. They become more of friend who used to tease each other and shut off each other time to time. Eshan also advise Katha for giving chance to Viaan more than once which is out of his job.

You may find Katha rude now but I see Katha being rude from the starting in 2nd 3rd episode where she was talking to her CA friend "mujhe math mat sikha".

IMO, kathaa's in the running away phase, where she doesn't want to give Viaan any wrong signals in the name of being polite. If Viaan start having false hopes for something which she cannot promise or make commitment, It 'd be difficult for them both.

It's all part of getting rid of men or peecha chudana process. Because Kaviaan are in that phase where a smile from kathaa can blossom flowers of hope in Viaan and makes him run even more behind her, which can be painful for both of them. Especially considering the bad blood between them, kathaa's inner emotional turmoil and social responsibilities towards her son. So much is at stake and hence her refusal is going to be rude and could look arrogant but she has no other way.

If she has to tone down the YES should be from Teji, Aarav and Mr.Garewal because he's kathaa's new papa or her father figure.

I'd expect after the approval from the above people, Kaviaan should discuss about the ONS, resolve the issues surrounding leading them both to accept each other and or then a compelling situation like accident or threat to Viaan should force kathaa to confess her feelings, then it will seem kathaa genuinely cares for Viaan as much as she does for Aadi.
