Outright Rude and Insensitive

Katha is being very rude and insensitive.. Teji is right Viaan deserves better. Poor thing offering breakfast etc and Katha is just ignoring and being rude.

Ache se baat toh karo. basic manners

Totally agree with you guys. I think it’s time that he back off and little bit. She is really being rude to him.

They have not shown her eat or sleep so yes maybe she isn't focusing on breakfast. But she is rude and insensitive towards Viaan in general..

Well, the feeling of having to spend a night with her boss for money, especially after that girl wrongfully accused Viaan, it must have made her remember that night a bit more than needed. Plus, you know that money in exchange for a night, how the world calls the women afterwards, which is a feeling very hard to shake off. I guess her being arrogant and a bit egoistical is valid.

It's not nice to see someone being rude and insensitive to others, especially when they are making an effort to be kind. It's important to treat people with kindness and respect, regardless of our personal feelings towards them. Hopefully, Katha will realize the impact of her behavior and try to make amends.

Viaan felt guilty over the situation and he has apologized for it. He continues to improve himself by eradicating the biased perception he had over women and once he found the reason behind her reasoning, he was shameful and embarrassed over it. When he asked if the ONS was the reason for the rejection, she said it wasn't at that time.

Though yes, Katha did apologize over for thinking that she went overboard with the parenting point in the meeting, during the meeting, it did make her look as if she's the only knowledgeable person. Yes, she did have valid point but the way it was coming across was too much of a put off IMO. Vanya's way of putting the feedback was much better whereas Katha also used her advice to further validate her point.

I feel it is always Viaan who want to impose his idea/way to his employees. He did the same thing multiple time when he didn't know the reason of ONS. But this time he has to face equally opinionated and confident person/colleague.

One of the job of CEO is to hire equally smart or smarter people to run the business more effectively and to reduce their own work. Sure there will be conflicts in their ideas and it will be good for the company.

Many companies have group discussion in interview just to check how confidently you can discuss.
