I absolutely love this next track I am going to post (itâs more recent not 80s)âŠ
When heaven takes you home
And you're at the gates aloneâŠ
âŠâŠâŠâŠâŠ.Show 'em how the struggle made magic (made magic) (struggle of staying away from SoBo)âŠ
Made magic (made magic)

I had one more amazing choice for home and perhaps a better fit evenâŠ... but phir kabhee⊠:)
My god this song is almost other-wordly đ« . Whatâs the story behind it? đ€Originally posted by: Ashley.Tisdale
Nancy Sinatra's voice really took this song to the next level â€ïž
It was years before I realised what the song is about đ

So glad youâre enjoying it! đ€ The violinist - Ambi Subramaniam - is playing in my city in a few months. Iâm definitely going!
And yep, this game was really fun! We should start it up in all the threads đ
I saw it a few times. And YT pe aur bhee dekha Subramania :).
the repeated words at 1.01 and later on again in the fusion. What are the words (not really words but not sure what itâs called)â. So melodic. And then again later on.
Since you mentioned violin âŠno matter what. When I think of violin. She comes to my mind :)

sorry. Slow start to day hua. Tag bhoool gayaa. How was Sunday ;).
Did you listen to the fusion also. I loved it. I am going to post some and tag you in a few. Something I think is hatkey :)

How did you miss this? I thought I tagged you đ
What they're singing is basically sargam - no words just the notes
And if you hear 'dheem tana' type non-words then it's thillana.
Most singers start with alaapanai (or alaap) which is basically just singing with no words (sort of like scatting in Jazz) and then move on to the main body of the song which has the words. This fusion piece though is all sargam. (or Swaram as they're called in Carnatic music)

Absolutely loved this showâŠ..
OMG that's the most fallacious statement ever *Eye rolling so hard eyeballs are gonna fall off my socket* The Beatles were from a very middle-class SUBURBIAN upbringing from a little mining town called Liverpool. Not relatable, huh? đ€ŁOriginally posted by: KJasoosChulbulP

Also, that famous comment JOhn made during their concert: "For those of you in the cheap seats I'd like ya to clap your hands to this one; the rest of you can just rattle your jewelry!" shows what they thought of the elite! đ
I'm so happy you posted this one (See the Beatles influence everyone, even a SoBoite!), but I'm going to move this back to the 80s cos I hope to be able to start this game on every thread (Don't worry I'll credit you SoBo boy đ) Is there a name you wanna call it and Trademark it? (Like the Sheep game that a member created and it's now famous, ho sakta hai ek suburbanite ki kripa se ek SoBoite ka bhala ho! đ)
Back to the segue: You say she's got the Devil in her heart, but I say nope, She works hard for the money, so you better treat her right!
