I sometimes think even Sunil Shetty, takes some stuff given his lazy, laidback body language, style of speaking and mostly wearing dark glasses everywhere. IDK if he takes things or it is his natural style of behaviour.

I agree on Dharmendra. He is always drunk and he admits it.

Sanjay Dutt also seems to still take things no matter how much he may claim to be sober now.
