Yeah Jackie always seems like he is on to something and I suspect he wears black glasses all time to hide his eyes which may give away he is drugged or drunk.

Dharmendra is another one who looks and sounds perpetually drunk all the time in all interviews and awards.

Her whole family looks like that to me be it Zayed, Fardeen or late Feroze Khan or Simone and Farha.
