It does not mean that our parents generation are doing right or wrong. Because they are also conditioned like that, they also learnt it from their previous generation. I feel that most of a child's thinking is shaped especially core values by their parents directly or indirectly. Some children will start thinking differently and start questioning whether what they learnt was right or not. It happens because of the education and life experiences. The child who doesn't have the education and life experiences will just believe what they learnt was true.

Not everyone blames their parents for every wrong. Children also understand their parents when they grow and experience life. Here we are expressing our point of view. We are not blaming our parent generation.

but the whole point was that only I was not talking about forms of teaching I was telling you about their condition which is mostly overlooked

And it was not like Mariam explained what she wanted, Murtasim is ready to listen and he would have listened if Mariam has told this. You are not ready to see the Mariam’s mistakes just because she is a girl and I believe Murtasim won’t be that bad in your eyes if only he was a girl, his only mistake is that he is a man.

Where does man and girl came from 😂?

If he had the intention to listen to mariyum, he wouldn't have been so cool despite meerab telling him she is crying because she isn't happy with the marriage, he wouldn't have outrightly told who gave permission to mariyum to love.

If he can believe haya words that mariyum blushing then why can't he believe meerab words that she is crying?

If it's about girl or boy, I wouldn't be criticising MB too for doing marriage against girls wishes.

I can’t and I seriously can’t do this, you may not feel it but seriously your comments are so biased. I am sorry for being rude.

I can comment same about u too when u termed meerab tolerating physical assault, taunts as her 'responsibility '. But I see it as ur pov.

U don't need to have any interaction with me if u feel about me like that.

I don't mind 🙂

I read your post and I got your point. But I was answering to you regarding that when you wrote that you won't agree that a woman appreciates a little effort from a man because she was taught to do that. And I wrote that referring to this point that teaching can be through actions and a child can learn from their parents actions and a girl can feel that a man doing a bare minimum is something which is so nice because it was done by a man because she saw it and learned it.

I never termed Meerub tolerating physical assault as responsibility.

I was saying that for many of you it may be a bare minimum but for those girls who have grown up in an environment where they do every single thing for boys, it’s not something regular or a minimum things.
