Kkusum is a bit scared to go inside to Kumud's office… karan assures her that nothing will happen, and that he is with her… he says that he understands her condition as she has to think before stepping into her own house… He says that they will have to go and meet Kumud… he asks her to think about those people who will be homeless for no reason…
The party is going on at the Kapoor house… Kapil says that Kumud reminds him of Abhay, he was just like her, he did what he wanted… Mahi says that he is right, she is managing all the business alone like Abhay… Nitin says she has harted in her just like Mahi… Arundati asks him to leave it for now… Mahi says that she doesn't mind what Nitin says…
Kkusum comes to the party… Everyone is shocked to see her… Kumud asks her why she came there without any invitation card… Kumud calls the guards and asks her what their duty is? Their duty is to make sure no one comes in there without a card… Kkusum and Karan are shocked… Nitin asks Kumud if she realizes who she is talking to… Kumud says that she knows very well that she is talking to an uninvited guest… Kumud asks her if she doesn't understand that she is asking her to leave… Kumud asks her to get out… Everyone is shocked… Kkusum asks Kumud to listen to her once… Kumud asks her to leave… Karan gets upset and says that she is with her and that he was invited to the party… He says that she cannot insult his guest… Kumud asks him if he knows that he is making a big mistake… Karan says that she is the one making the mistake and not him… Kkusum asks Karan to let her handle this… Kkusum tells Kumud that she is not here to ruin her party but she is here to ask her not to destroy the chawl… She asks her what did those people do to you…. Kumud says that these talks don't sound good from someone who herself is responsible for someone's death… She says that she very well knows who was responsible for her papa's death… All this while Mahi is smiling… Karan asks her to please think of her decision without bringing her personal matter in it… Kumud says that karan is forgetting who he works for… Kkusum asks her to please change her decision this time around for her fathers' sake… Kumud asks her not to take her father's name as it doesn't sound good when she says it… Kumud says that this mall is for her papa and this is just the beginning, Kkusum… Nitin asks her to stop… He says why is she bringing this personal matter in front of everybody… Arundati says that Kumud won't listen to anyone and saying something to Kumud right now might make matters worse… Arundati asks nitin why he doesn't say anything to Kkusum, why does she always come and stand in front of Kumud… Kumud asks Kkusum if she heard what she said… She asks her to leave now… Kumud turns to leave when she sees Ram (some guy who works with her)… She asks Ram ewhy he wasn't at work for three days… He says that his mother had cataract and so he had to take her to the doctor… Kumud says that her company will not sufer any more losses because of his mom… She asks him to spend the rest of his life with his mom and never come back… She kicks her out… Kkusum is shocked to see this…
Kkusum and Karan are leaving when Mahi comes to her and asks why she came after a long time… She says that she so much wanted to see her… mahi says that her daughter insulted her so much but still she did not listen… She asks her to keep coming here since it is free entertainment to see Kkusum get insulted… Mahi asks her to keep coming… They leave…
Mahi comes to Kumud and says Kumud beta whatever you did was right but she doesn't understand why she didn't say anything to that ordinary guy… Kumud says that he is no ordinary guy, he is worth a lot and is very important for her project… She says that day her project is over, he will know the consequences of insulting me… Kumud asks her not to worry and leaves… mahi is happy…
Kkusum and Karan are leaving and are outside when Nitin comes there… He asks her to forgive him as he couldn't do anything… She says that it doesn't matter that Kumud insulted her so much, she is only surprised to see how much Kumud has changed… Nitin says that he knows she has changed a lot, she doesn't listen to anybody nor does she smile anymore… Kkusum says that she knows kumud will not listen to her and so Nitin should try to stop her from doing that… All this time Karan is observing everything… Kkusum asks Nitin to explain to her that she can make her homeless but what have those innocent poor people done to her… Nitin says that Kumud has changed so much that she doesn't care about anything anymore… Kkusum says that she will definitely bring her old Kumud back and she doesn't care if she has to lose her astitva for that… She takes blessings from Nitin… Karan and Kkusum leaves…
Karan comes to work the nest morning… he is whistling and is in a good mood… His co worker says that he is very brave to come to work even after talking to madam like that… karan says that he thinks whatever he did was right, so why should he be scared… Kumud comes there and asks him to come to her cabin… He goes and kumud asks her to sit, she'll be there in a bit… The peon brings in food… Karan asks him to put it there and leave… He starts eating the food… Kumud comes there and says that he is shameless… She says that no one has ever dared to eat her food… Karan says that he thought she had invited him for lunch… Kumud asks him to tell her why she would invite him for lunch? Karan says becase he is worth it… Kumud says that who is doing to decide if he is worth it or not… Karan (while eating the food) says that he has the courage, and it seems that Kumud doesn't take no for an answer but today he will tell her what is right and what is wrong… He points towards a project on her desk and says that it is good that this project wasn't made or else it would have been the biggest blunder… he tells her that her architects never told her that this project should be the other way around… Karan explains the problem to her… He does so while eating and in the end says that the food is very good and asks where she ordered it from… He says that he is going to leave now… Kumud calls Mr Mehta and asks him not to come to work from tomorrow…
Ayee says that they will have to hurry up and do something… Kkusum tells her to relax as Shishant has gone to court to get the stay order… She says that they will try to find a way till the case starts…
Kumud gets phone call… She is shocked… She calls for Karan… She says that since he is the incharge of the project, he should be careful… She tells him that the chawl people are going to court to get the stay order and if they get it her project will be delayed… Kumud aks him to get rid of the chawl before they get the stay order… Karan is shocked and says that this is illegal… Kumud says that in business only profit and losses matter and he should not teach her how to do business… She says if there is profit in some work, then there is nothing wrong in doing that… Kumud ask if he is going or should she send anyone else… karan says that he will go…
Kkusum is praying… Ayee says that once they get the stay order, they can atlest live in peace… Some people from the chawl come and tell them that the builders are here with the bulldozers… They tell her that Karan is with them as well…
Kkusum goes outside and asks Karan what he was doing… Karan says that this is Kumud's order, he is not doing anything… The lawyer says that it seems that they are not going to go from here… Kkusum says that they have got he stay orders and the guy would be bringing it soon… the lawyer says that they can wait any long… he tells karan to ask these people to leave the chawl immediately… The guy tries to bring the bulldozer closer when Kkusum comes in front and asks him to stop… Suddenly, Kkusum gets a headache and she falls down… All run to her… karan says that he is taking her to the hospital and no one should do anything until he comes back… The lawyer calls Kumud…
Karan and Ayee bring Kkusum to the hospital… Kumud calls Karan and saks why the work has stopped there… karan gets angry and says that there was a serious problem and so he had to come to the hospital… Kumud says that he knows she doesn't like that in work… karan says that maybe she doesn't know that her mother is in the hospital and is very serious… Kumud gets angry and says that she is not her mother, her mother is dead for her… Karan says that relationships cannot be broken like this… Kumud says that he is forgetting that he is an ordinary employee of hers… She asks him not to interfere in her personal matter or else she will appoint someone else… Kumud says that she has given the instructions to demolish the chawl and he should see to it that the work is done properly… Karan says that he is sorry; he is going to give instructions though the phone as he will not leave her mother alone at this time… He hangs up… Kumud is upset and shocked…
