Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) will take on Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the 19th game of the ipl 2023 today at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata.

Two matches and a miracle later, you start believing. For the Knight Riders, first it was a Shardul Thakur masterclass, feat. Rinku Singh and then a miracle feat called Rinku.

Most viewers would have assumed in the penultimate over that this was another W in the Titans' kitty.

And why not? The defending Champions in their own den, a hat-trick from Rashid, a golden duck for Russell, and perhaps the least fancied side on paper.

And yet, KKR turned out arguably the greatest miracle in the tournament's history!!!

The Knight Riders are coming into this game after giving a shocker of defeat to the defending champions, Gujarat Titans, in their previous game.

Rinku Singh hit five consecutive sixes to guide the team to a target of 205 runs and won the Player of the Match award.

The Knight Riders have won two out of three games so far and are placed in the third position in the points table.

Sunisers lost their opening two games and achieved their first victory of the season in their previous outing against the Punjab Kings.

The Kings posted a total of 143 runs for the loss of nine wickets in 20 overs while batting first.

Sunrisers chased this target in 17.1 overs with eight wickets in hand. Rahul Tripathi starred with the bat as he scored 74 runs off 48 deliveries, while Mayank Markande played a key role with the ball.

Both teams are coming off wins. Both have been buoyed with self-belief in the recent past. KKR need to figure out how to stay afloat without the one-man shows, and the Sunrisers need to continue performing to their potential.

Expect him to take over from where he left off in the last game.
