Is fiction TV training how women can easily TRAP men in FAKE cases?

Disclaimer : This topic isn't about Katha & Viaan's bitter past deal, pre & post friction of that haunting dark night. In same KA forum, other online forums & SM that topic anyhow was/is widely discussed.

Noticing how Hindi fiction TV of late has been giving easy references to viewers, as to how women with ulterior motives can easily trap, mostly RICH men with FAKE cases?😳 what's alarming is such cunning culprit women also get shown to escape for long periods with NO punishment rendered nor with exposure of truth.👎🏼

In recent years, there are several news items how INNOCENT, UNASSUMING, VULNERABLE men in our society are cunningly getting trapped by some women from their known circle in FAKE sexual harassment, domestic violence, rape, dowry harassment, bigamy, molestation, kidnapping, abuse, abatement to suicide, cheating, forgery, blackmail, accident, EMA, impregnating, duping, attempt to murder kind of serious criminal offences / police cases. While some times it may take long periods or legalities involved for TRUTH to surface, many times we do read news items such cheater women get easily caught too...so its not easy for such women to get away with their fake cases as how TV serials tend to wrongly showcase.😛

Unfortunately some of our Hindi fiction TV serial’s are going out of their way providing detailed TRAINING’S regularly to its viewers, 🤪on HOW women can easily MISUSE police, women & social welfare activists, NGO's, Media, Social Media, Laws, Live shows, VIPs, Medical practitioners, twisted pics/chats/messages/audio/video clips, corporate policies etc. to publicly humiliate respectable men & decent families with such horrible FAKE cases,😔 by posing as a abla victim, playing woman card to the highest, just to get their whims & fancies met by crook. 😲

Sadly Z serials are ahead in this area, most Z serials keep on using some of these plots be it KKB, KB, BL, RM, Meet etc. with elaborate episodes dedicated to highlight evilness.. (may be few SP serials) Mostly trapped man in their serials are shown to go for compromise, agree to reluctantly get engaged or married for family honor, or throw away wealth/business share or lump sum amount to accuser woman. Man has NO other way to come out clean or protect his image in society. Neither are a man's chastity, respect, character, emotions, feelings, defamation taken seriously in TV serials, unlike a woman's.

Haven't seen much of Sony serials using these trapping innocent men plots by women. Now that KA has picked one with Shamita's work place harassment case against CEO, again its like a training ground how easily can a woman plot, fake, cry, accuse & get away.🤔

If not for Keith's accidental audio/video recording of Viaan's cabin talk happenings with Shamita,🤪 even in KA easily Viaan can get declared as culprit with Shamita as a victim, or just his close people shall force him to go for out of office settlement with Shamita😭 as entire investigation is being shown as biased against man, too lopsided with no advent use of common sense to drill on motives or take help of mobile technology or psychology or cctv's with a neutral view to bring out truth.

I just started watching two shows of zee

i don’t watch zee that much

but I’ve seen happen a lot in star plus show couple on sony’s

but in katha case it’s abit different because they showing something that has happened but wasn’t done to show anyone Or trap some it was like business dealings

Which honestly is happening in the real world but no1 knows about it

This is something very easy to blame a guy for it

Katha case is viaan did this once but no1 he felt soo guilty for it only katha and viaan

Well it is both ways may be real cases inspire fiction and then again these TV serials give ideas to women who do such things. I agree though such women often play victim cards. What happened in this show can happen in real life too and people in investigating team are biased too. I have heard cases where people don't even get justice but that is life. Here at least in TV shows where writers have power to decide on fate of characters, It is a positive message to show that such women who misuses Sexual harrasment laws should be punished and message should go out that these people do not only do injustice to innocent men but also those women who are questioned even when they are right.

well this is one of those chicken and egg questions and which came first.

I have always felt that serial writers steal ideas from real life situations and scenarios happening around them. so rather than serials affecting people, it is the other way around -- serials are simply a reflection of what is happening in society.

that said, there was a show called CSI and investigators noted that prior to this, people didn't understand DNA analysis in crime situations and so criminals started taking more note. however, that didn't mean more closed cases and was the reverse. basically just because pople get a little info from a serial does not mean they will know how to create a perfect crime. instead, they saw no correlation between rates in crime and TV.

now, back to your question, I would say there is more general awareness of what our laws and how people can misuse them. in some cases, people take the help of lawyers. so serials are a little behind but these are not new -- they have already been happening for a few years if you watch the news.

that said, there may be some people who do get inspired by serials. I think we have to look at the heart of what motivates this behaviour -- revenge. people who want to hurt, humiliate and destroy their ex-spouse will find all sorts of ways to do it -- if not fake cases, then it will be some other method.
